1Kings 19: 11 And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the Lord. And, behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the Lord was not in the earthquake: 12 And after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice
The power of the living God is in the Spirit realm for the scriptures say they that worship me must worship me in spirit and in truth. The true power of God is a still small whisper but in order to hear this still small whisper you have to quiet the outside world, to be still before God. Why, so you can lean in to the Spirit realm and hear the voice of God himself speaking to you. Jesus while on earth did many powerful deeds because he leaned in to the Spirit realm to listen to the Father. Whatever the Father told him in his quiet place he then went out and did according to the commands of the still small voice of God. The still small voice of God will never contradict his truth in the Bible …..ever. So I urge you to be still before God and acquire a listening ear into the Spirit realm to hear the voice of God. Do whatever he informs you to do.
