Luk 7:38 And stood at his feet behind him weeping, and began to wash his feet with tears, and did wipe them with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed them with the ointment.
When Mary wipe the feet of Jesus with the hairs of her head she had to bend low to do so, humbling herself in front of everyone that was there. She sought Jesus she did not care who knew it or how she looked doing and the best thing is she found him.
I find myself often throwing myself at the feet of Jesus for in picking up my cross daily I find that I’m helpless to do anything else. Helpless in fighting off the enemy of my soul. Helpless in finding the right scripture to throw in the face of my tormentor. However, when I do throw myself down at his feet I find a hidden hand of power lifting me up telling me to stand still because I got this telling me I will be back this will only take a second. A peace and joy overwhelms me in knowing I have a great God and savior. ~ Intimacy With Christ
